Gender Equality Index score 2024

Mar 3, 2025

Since January 2019, companies with at least 50 employees have been required to calculate and publish their Gender Equality Index. It is used to measure wage inequality, with a score of 100 reflecting full equity between women and men

For the year 2024, Eurovent Certification has achieved an overall score of 85 out of 100. This is structured around the following indicators:

  • Gender pay gap: 25/40, with the gap in favour of women
  • Individual salary increase gap: 35/35
  • Percentage of female employees receiving a raise upon returning from maternity leave: 15/15
  • Gender parity among the 10 highest salaries: 10/10

Overall Score: 85/100

In the coming years, we will continue to promote a balanced representation of women and men within our teams, as well as ensuring equal treatment for all.
