Good decisions matter when it comes to HVAC and refrigeration product selection. That’s why you can double check the authenticity of any Eurovent certified product via our certificate checker. Our step-by-step guides you through how to use the online tool.

Step 1: Finding the certificate checker

If you are already on the Eurovent Certification website you can click on the certificate checker icon, at the top right-hand side of the website:

Step 2: Asking your question

Select why you are getting in touch with us. You have six options under the ‘Object’ field, including:

• I want to check the validity of a certificate
• I look for specific certified products
• I do not understand the content of a certificate
• I want to check the validity of a selection software printout
• I do not understand the content of a selection software printout
• Other (use if none of the above fit your enquiry)

Then it’s simply a case of filling in your name, the email address that you’d like us to reply to and add a message explaining your query. You also have the option to add a file if there’s something specific you need us to check. Files need to be under 5MB in size.

Step 3: Giving us permission to contact you

You’ll notice two check boxes at the bottom of the form. So that we can reply to you with the relevant information, you will need to ensure the first box is checked.

If you would like to join our newsletter or event invite list, please tick the second box. We won’t bombard you with emails or give your information to anyone else, plus you can unsubscribe at any point.

Once you are happy with the details you wish to submit, hit the send button.

That’s it, you are done. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
