Rewarding refrigeration at the ACR News Awards
On the 10th April, the team from Eurovent Certification and Eurovent Market Intelligence (EMI), gathered with guests in London, UK, for the ACR News Awards 2025. Celebrating excellence within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry, the awards evening was held at the Grand Connaught Rooms, and hosted by BBC sports presenter, Mike Bushell. Eurovent Certification championed refrigeration as a proud sponsor of the Refrigeration Project of the Year and the Refrigeration Product of the Year award categories.
Organised by ACR News’ publisher Datateam Business Media, the awards scheme has provided a vital platform for the industry’s most innovative products, groundbreaking projects, exceptional companies and outstanding professionals for over two decades.
Several certified manufacturers had big wins on the night, with Mitsubishi Electric recognised both as Training Provider of the Year and for its Industry Initiative of the Year. Carrier Solutions UK was awarded Air Conditioning Product of the Year, while RHOSS took home the award for Commercial Heat Pump of the Year.
Eurovent Certification’s UK Partnership Manager, Ian Butler, was on hand to award the trophies for Refrigeration Project of the Year and the Refrigeration Product of the Year. Certified manufacturer, Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions, stole the show as winners in both categories.
The 2025 ACR News Awards offered the opportunity to heighten recognition of certification, discuss the work of EMI and network with a wide range of manufacturers, consultants, contractors and other HVAC and refrigeration professionals – all while celebrating the best of the industry.
