Which certification program should I choose?
The program depends on the product type, its technical characteristics, and the target market. The Meeting Call helps quickly confirm the most suitable program.
How long does the process take?
The duration varies depending on the program, document availability, possible tests, and file complexity. An estimate can be provided after qualification.
Should documents be prepared before the call?
It is not mandatory, but it is useful to prepare information about your products, target markets, and desired timeline.
Do you impose a laboratory, or do we choose one by ourselves?
You can work with any of our partner laboratories.
Should we contact the lab directly or will you handle the tests for us?
It’s your choice, any of these is allowed.
What if our partner lab is not in your list?
You can suggest us a laboratory to accredit if it is situated in the EU.
I have already done some testing on my HPs. Would you accept those reports?
We can if your reports have been done for NF414, Eurovent HP, Eurovent AC, Eurovent LCP-HP or HP Keymark certification and if they have been carried out less that 12 months before your application. Otherwise, your HPs will need testing.
